Full Day Float and Fish Swan Lake

Come float and fish beautiful Swan Lake in our pontoon boat! We cater to fly-fisherman, spin casters and bait casters for trophy sized pike and lake trout, whether you are a novice angler that likes to watch a bobber or a hardcore fly fishing enthusiast. We’ll spend a full day (7 hours) of fishing on the lake and enjoy a hot grilled lunch on the boat. Though this 26 foot boat can accommodate 9 people, we will limit capacity to just 4 anglers to ensure a high quality experience. A fishing license is required of each person fishing. Swan 5 hour: Lunchrock Trail Ride

This ride is NOT INSIDE Glacier National Park. Our Swan 5 hour trail rides launch out of our "base camp" at Lion Creek Road near Condon, MT. After an introduction to the horses and a safety briefing we will start our day. Enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, and wildlife along the way to a scenic lookout where you can hop off your horse and eat your picnic lunch, prepared by our camp cook. When lunch is finished we will head back down to camp. This ride will last about 5 hours, and is great for beginners and advanced riders alike.  
There is a 225lb weight limit for this ride. Riders must be at least 7 years old.

Student Bear Hunt

The Student bear hunt is an add- on class offered to students of Swan Mountain Guide School . In this course students will have the opportunity to test their skills, to hunt black bear and explore the area with a seasoned guide.

Spring Bear Hunt

Black bears are plentiful in western Montana and are legal game. The Swan Valley has the highest population concentration, and produces the best color phased bears in the state. We hunt black bears in the spring exclusively and in the fall in combination with our other hunts, or as a stand alone hunt.

Lake McDonald Upper McDonald Creek

River Guide Training

The course is a Rescue 3 International course, is a comprehensive course is designed for the boater who would like to guide professionally or gain extensive knowledge about rivers and river safety. Learn how to command a paddle crew, maneuver an oar rig and prepare for the unexpected. In addition, become certified as a Rescue 3 International River Rescuer. After six days you will be a confident boater, ready for commercial or private guiding.
